How big can the group be?
Workshops scale from 8 to 40 participants. Beyond 40 we recommend splitting into cohorts.
Do you train in BM and English?
Yes — sessions can run in either, or bilingual depending on your team.
Can sessions be virtual?
Yes — interactive Zoom or Teams sessions with breakout rooms.
How do you measure outcomes?
Pre- and post-workshop surveys, plus a 30-day follow-up to track behaviour change.
Are HRDF claims supported?
Yes — we're an HRDF-claimable provider. We'll help with the paperwork.
