How fast can you come on-site?
Same-day for KL/PJ if booked before 2 PM. Otherwise next business day.
Do you support Mac and Windows?
Both — plus Chromebooks and standard Linux distros for office workstations.
What's your hourly rate?
RM150/hour on-site, RM80/hour remote. First diagnostic is fixed at 1 hour.
Do you sell hardware?
We can source genuine parts and quote — usually 10–20% below local retail.
Can you set up a small office network?
Yes — Wi-Fi, switches, server, basic cybersecurity for up to 20 devices.
