No — we welcome complete beginners and tailor each class to mixed levels.
What should I bring?
Just yourself in comfy clothes. Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided.
How big are the classes?
Capped at 12 students so the teacher can give individual attention.
Are private sessions available?
Yes — book a 1-on-1 via the Services list for focused practice.
How early should I arrive?
10 minutes early so you can settle in and chat with the teacher.
